30% advance payment should be deposited in bank for booking confirmation and balance amount need to be paid at the time of check-in.

ID proof of guests should be provided at the time of check-in.
Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and/or additional• charges.
Security deposit Rs 10000/- to be paid at the time of check-in, will be fully refunded at the time of check-out if there is no damage/misuse in the villa.
Decrease of number of travelers will not provide a rate decrement.
Additional guest will be charged at Rs 1500/- per person per night.
Chef charges (depending on number of guests) Rs 2500/- to Rs 6000/- per meal, ingredients will be payable .
