To confirm the booking, a 50% advance payment needs to be deposited in the bank.
Balance amount must be paid before check-in, failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking.
Check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible based on availability, but there may be additional charges.
Additional guests beyond the specified number wil be charged Rs 2000 per person per night.
Guests need to provide their ID proof during checkin.
A security deposit of Rs 20,000/- needs to be paid during check-in, which will be refunded at the time of check-out if there is no damage/misuse in the villa.
If there is a decrease in the number of travelers, there won't be a rate decrement.
If guests require a chef, the charges will depend on the number of guests and range from Rs 2500/- to Rs 6000/- per meal, with ingredients being payable separately.
There should be no loud music/noise from 10 pm to 10am.
Children 6 years and below can stay for free, sharing their parents' bed
