30% advance payment should be deposited in bank for booking confirmation and balance amount need to be paid at the time of check-in.

ID proof of guests should be provided at the time of check-in.
Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and/or additional charges.
Security deposit Rs 10000/- to be paid at the time of check-in, will be fully refunded at the time of check-out if there is no damage/misuse in the villa.
Decrease of number of travelers will not provide a rate decrement.
